Dixie Veterinary Clinic Joins the 91st Annual Dixie Round-Up Rodeo

September 08, 2025

The tradition continues! The 91st Annual Dixie Round-Up Rodeo, proudly hosted by the St. George Lions Club, is here once again to celebrate the heritage, community, and cowboy spirit of Southern Utah. This event has become a cornerstone of St. George culture, bringing families together for three days of rodeo action, parades, and western pride.

At Dixie Veterinary Clinic, we are honored to take part in this long-standing tradition. Our team will be joining the Dixie Round-Up Parade, riding alongside local businesses, schools, and community organizations. It’s always a joy to wave to familiar faces, meet new friends, and celebrate the animals—large and small—that are such a meaningful part of our lives here in Southern Utah.

As a locally owned mixed-animal practice, we understand the bond between people and their animals. Whether it’s a hardworking ranch horse, a loyal cow dog, or a family’s beloved pet, our mission is to keep tails wagging and hooves healthy. Supporting events like the Dixie Round-Up allows us to honor the western heritage we’re proud to be part of and to show our gratitude to the community that supports us year after year.

The rodeo is more than just thrilling rides and bucking broncs—it’s about celebrating tradition, community service, and the strong values that make St. George special. The St. George Lions Club has been giving back to our area for decades, and we’re proud to stand alongside them in supporting this event.

We hope to see you all at the parade and throughout the rodeo weekend. Be sure to wave when you see the Dixie Veterinary Clinic crew rolling by!

Here’s to another year of honoring the past, celebrating the present, and building the future of Southern Utah’s rodeo tradition.
